God of the Old and New Covenant

The triune Godhead, Father, Son, & Holy Spirit as the Messiah revealed, are one representing unity in diversity. (John 14:1 and 9 and 26, 2 Corinthians 13:14, Ephesians 3:3, 2 Peter 1:17)

"As a New Testament lecturer, I frequently hear folks saying things like “I prefer the New Testament over the Old Testament.” And, “the God of the Old Testament is angry, whereas the God of the New Testament is love.” A popular mega-church pastor in the United States made the claim recently that we should ‘unhitch’ Christianity from the Old, because the Old Testament presents so many impediments to belief for contemporary people.
When I hear this sort of thing, I have to confess: I’m perplexed…. click to read more "

Revealed!

The Bible is the revealed Word of God and that Jesus was, and is, the exact representation of God’s being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. (see John 14:9, 2 Peter 1:16-21, Colossians 1:15, Galatians 1:12, Hebrews 1:3)

2 Peter 1:
16For we did not follow cunningly devised fables when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, BUT WERE EYEWITNESSES of His majesty. 17For He received from God the Father honor and glory when such a voice came to Him from the Excellent Glory: “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” 18And we heard this voice which came from heaven when we were with Him on the holy mountain.
19[i]And so we have the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts; 20knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private [j]interpretation, 21for prophecy never came by the will of man, but [k]holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.

Exclusivity!

Jesus is the only way to the Father. (John 4:25-26, John 14:6, Ephesians 2:18, 3:12, 2 Corinthians 5:19)

The Reason!

Because of God’s love for the world, Jesus paid the ultimate price by dying on the cross for our sins once and for all. (John 3:16-17 and 19:28-30, Romans 5:8, Galatians 1:4)

Need Proof?

He proved He was God by rising from the grave, defeating all sin and death just as the prophets foretold. (Galatians 1:1, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, 1 John 1:1-4, 2 Peter 1)

John 1
29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. 30 This is he of whom I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me. 31 And I knew him not: but that he should be made manifest to Israel, therefore am I come baptizing with water. 32 And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him. 33 And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost. 34 And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God.

Your Invite!

Jesus invites us all to follow Him (TRACE) and receive eternal life!  How?  By believing in and placing our trust completely in His sacrifice for us, confessing our sins and repenting of our sinful ways, we walk obediently in the new life He gave us, not by sight, but by faith! (John 14:21, 1 John 1:5, Colossians 1:27, 1 John 2:25, 2 Peter 3:8-10, 2 Corinthians 5:7)

Creator - The One and Only

GENESIS 1
1In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Day 1 Morning and Evening 24 Hours
5 And the evening and the morning were the first day.

Day 2 Morning and Evening 24 Hours
8 And the evening and the morning were the second day.

Day 3 Morning and Evening 24 Hours
12 and God saw that it was good.
13And the evening and the morning were the third day.

Day 4 Morning and Evening 24 Hours
18 and God saw that it was good.
19And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.

Day 5 Morning and Evening 24 Hours
and God saw that it was good.
23And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.

Day 6 Morning and Evening 24 Hours
26And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 28And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
31And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

Genesis 2
Day 7Morning and Evening 24 Hours
2And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. 3And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
